Well, it rained all day, golf was canceled and so was my morning walk with the dog. I had a rain coat on but Roxie doesn't like to get rained on. She did her business then we went right back in the house.
I did lose another pound. Funny what I can do when I put my mind to it!

Congratulations! I will be glad when I have only 3 pounds left to lose. It's all so wonderful that your knee pain has diminished since you've lost some weight. My blood pressure has dropped and I sleep much better after losing 50 pounds. My poochie doesn't like to get wet either. She doesn't even like to go swimming. Whenever it's thundering, though, it really gets bad around here because she shakes like a leaf. We have been getting a lot of rain at my house. This has been the wettest summer that I can remember. It's been very good for the lawns and gardens and that's good for me. I don't have to drag the water hose around to keep everything alive. Surprisingly, mosquitoes have not been too bad. What kind of pooch do you have?
