21 pushups ( 2019 PUSH UP Challenge!)

Just trying not to gain too much weigh this weekend. It will be hard because we have late night parties planned this weekend. One of the biggest problems with eating right is staying up late. When I am asleep I can't eat :)

I KNOW that Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be eating days next week, and I ALWAYS gain 5-7 pounds when I eat solid food 3 days in a row. I do-not want to get all the way up to 180 pounds so I REALLY want to get down to under 170 pounds by Wednesday.

enjoy your weekend! maybe if you manage to eat low carb it won't be too hard to fast hard next week your two fasting days.

Not only can't you eat when you are asleep but a good night's sleep is important to how you feel the next day...not sure where I heard that before...oh yeah, some guy named adef told me :) Enjoy your weekend and party on dude!!

I’m trying to be good too. I want to eat and not have to worry about the consequences lol Not realistic but one can dream 😁😁😁

@keith george cooke - This pushup challenge is starting to kick my a$$ :) I had to bust out 23 this morning to show progress... and this will go on for WEEKS :) I'm glad I decided to join the challenge. It is good for me...

@CrashtestDawnie - My plans did-not-work :) The ONLY reason I feel I did not 'go off the rails' is that I did get to the gym. But, eating-wise, @PrincessValerie and I partied like rock-stars all weekend :)
