Yeah, that is always so weird. Feet and hands get smaller first. Good job 

The shoe size still throws me off too. I still go to the 8's even though I know I'm a 6 1/2 now. I was 300 lbs when I got married so my trick is trying to keep my wedding ring on. I want to get it resized, but I need to wait until I feel I'm at my most comfortable body weight. 

I had that happen too, plus my watch and bracelets loosened. 

Ooooo, I should dig out my wedding rings and see if I'm making progress. wouldn't that be a surprise for dear 'ole hubby. Do you think he would even notice IF I can get them on...and, yes, my shoes are looser now too...something to do with water-weight and decreased swelling in lower extremities from KETO diet changes. Yay! 

Wait...shoe sizes can change when you're changing weight? That's interesting to me! Wow, I wouldn't have expected that. 

Mine has changed too. I used to fit in 8 to 9 depending on the shoes and now it's 6 to 7.

Me too, foot has definitely shrunk!
