No change, just working 7 days a week and eating keto. I might try increasing my protein and lowering fat macros and see what happens.
80,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 24,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 27,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I believe in changing things up. Some days this and some days that. I also think (no real proof) that I lose more and better when I remember to give my body all the nutrients it needs. But the thing is that we are all going to be different so your journey is yours. Give it a shot.

This worked for you.... more protein, less fat. It worked for me too.
