It didn’t dawn on me until I got to work that I have officially lost over 100 pounds...I let it sink in for a moment and I’m in utter shock and awe. It doesn’t rly feel like it’s happened, yet it has. Someone at work had made a comment about me and I could have taken it the wrong way but I didn’t and I let it go. I have decided that no one is going to derail my progress or my five min pat on the back before I go right back to working!!!

Draglist...I’ve been consistent with Keto since end of April. Most of my wt loss has come from my diet and not exercise. I have since kicked up the exercise and am seeing better results. I have kept at a 25%-30% calorie deficit and also IMF at least 5 days a week.
