SO GLAD to have you signed up for the Daily Accountability 2019-#5 Challenge! I am praying that you'd be able to get on that horse and ride like the wind! I also like that you can look at the BIG PICTURE and realize that, overall, you still lost weight for the month! You're making progress. You'll see GREAT results in the upcoming week(s)!

I don't think I drink enough water so that will be my challenge to concentrate on this week.

I buy three or four 16.9-oz bottles, and a couple 1-gallon jugs. Each day, I refill the smaller bottles from the larger one (one of my few attempts to save the environment). Have you tried drinking distilled water? When I first started drinking water, it just seemed to go down better than the spring water - and once you start getting in enough water, you will actually start to WANT it!

Debbie Cousins— although distilled water is drinkable it lacks the minerals that tap water does. Your body NEEDS those minerals and will leach them from whatever source it can find. One easy source is your teeth and another is bone. Especially important if you are amomgst those who are not getting their minerals from fruits and vegetables.. secondly distilled water can leach small amount of chemicals from whatever you store it in like plastic.

Kenna Morton- I actually live in a town that tap water is actually bad for you. It really depends on where you live and looking at the annual water report. I get my water from a BPA free 5 gallon container.

I’m sorry about your drinking water situation. Stuff like that should never be in this country. Still, comsider a spring type water instead of distilled if the plan was to drink distilled water long term.

Thanks, @Kenna Morton - I had never researched the different kinds of bottled waters available, and wasn't aware that distilled was lacking anything. I most definitely don't need any minerals leached from my teeth! I learn so much from people on this site. I LOVE to learn new things!
