Okay guys...the scale stayed down! I didn't really believe yesterdays weight of 290.4 because it was a huge drop...over 4 pounds but...I'm down again today! Maybe I actually DO weigh 290.2!!! I am so excited! After I am done here I am going to enter in a new goal of 280. I want to be less than I was supposed to be at my 3/1/19 appointment with the surgeon!! Won't they be surprised!! I know that my doctor is going to fall over when I see him next week! It is going to be amazing! I might even get a hug guys! He has been so supportive of me...I feel like I can tell him almost anything! He has pulled a million different things out of his hat for me to try. And it all started with "If you think you're hungry, try drinking instead!" He has come up with so many little habits that I didn't even know that I had and he's helped me break so many of them! I am so happy guys! Thank you again to all of you for all the support you've given me!

Thanks guys! @TomLong...it's actually going very well, I'm a little weirded out by how much faster I am healing this time as opposed to the last time! Super glad I found my doc too, he is awesome! I spend way too much time telling people in my area that they should switch to him lol!

Yep, that's how fat loss works. You won't see linear progress then when you least expect it you'll have a drop. Nice job!

Way to Go Katies71. Remember the little ups and downs are probably water weight. According to what I have read we can fluctuate as much as 4# one way or another. The goal here is over the long haul and you are doing great - your program is specific due to your surgery - just follow it and you will reap the rewards.

This is awesome. I'm not familiar with your story. When did you begin your weightless journey and how far have you come. I'm always looking for encouragement through successful stories in progress. I get easily discouraged and this story was what I needed to see first thing this morning.
