I switched from my summer eating plan (smoothies for dinner) to regular eating this week. Interesting that I only lost .4 pounds when the diet calendar show that I should have lost more but I will take a .4 loss than gain any day.

I'm trying to plan a shopping day with a friend. She wants a new outfit to wear home for Thanksgiving, I just need clothes that fit, LOL

Yippee - go for it! It is so nice when the clothes fit - and of, course, I am good with getting things snug and "butt-kicking" myself down a few pounds to wear them - but this doesn't work for everyone!
