Agree with Erquiaga..plus you are also enjoying your life...I can eat ham and the sodium in it can causre a gain... if I weigh it can make the scale jump 5 lbs lol
I drink tons of water and flush it out and poof its gone....so poof it will be gone in no time at all ..I love tacos too..good for you to enjoy yourself at times... your doing a great job sweetie;)

Keilin, thank you for posting this. I haven't been doing well at all or so the scale tells me and by you not freaking out about this and others comments, it encourages me to not give up and keep moving forward. 👍

Tankini, that is it, actually I have never been ready for bikini, I feel really confident with my body at home, but I am not really sure to show off my belly at the beach. 🤔

I love them... and they have some styles that are closer to a bikini too they just have a little drape in front...that's not the ones I wear lol.... but for a young lady they are adorable on them...

@Erquiaga Yes there are many styles of tankinis and shorts are fine too... its all adorable imo I found over 200 tankinis on bealay.com I cant remember where I purchased my last two but the were really cute...it was online though;)

Thank you girls, I did great last week but this week I will be eating more calories than I burn. Probably I will gain 1lb or 1.5lb.
