Well, I've been experimenting with varying levels of carbs - all in the low carb range. I'm seeing better weight loss and energy with very low carbs, as in no fruit, limited nuts and veg. I'm not quite at the pure carnivore mindset, but I only eat a bit of carbs. I'm a gardener, so for now I'm enjoying fresh strawberries and sugar snap peas from my garden, but the bulk of my nutrition is coming from meat.

Just wanted to let you know what’s been working for me. Super low carb, no fruit, and some above ground veg. But, my new trick is OMAD 5 days a week. Seems to have given me a bit of a boost in getting the scale to move. Good luck 🍀!

Great drop. Strawberries and sugar snap peas sounds like a great flavor and texture variation. Especially when home grown.
