WTG! 

Mowing my half acre lot with a push mower and not using the assist feature is causing me to lose this weight! I live in Mississippi where it is in the 90's and the sweating is profuse in this heat! I also keep track oc those calories. Keep up the good work everyone and keep posting your befores and afters. They have been so inspiring!!!

@mrsroboto, the push mower and hot weather will make the pounds just fall off! Keep doing that because it works so many muscle groups at once from the shoulders to the calf muscles. I have past injuries so this is whats helping me lose the weight and my injuries do not bug me as much now that I'm lighter. Thanks for your support!
