Bummer but it does happen. Just in case go over your measurements and think if you are getting those right. I drag out my food scale quite often to double check. Be careful when using recipes and how they count carbs... same goes for products marked low carb in stores. Sometimes the body hang on to some weight. Mine did in July but I slimmed noticeably nevertheless.

Yes I did take a couple measurements during the lull and they are for the better. So not all bad.
