Still the same, even with Aunt Flo circling the airport, that's awesome! I love how much I've learned from being Ketogenic for over 1.5 years. I don't like sugar anymore, it's way too sweet. I still like bread, real bread 😋 but rice and pasta are pretty boring and not worth it anymore, I'd rather have vegetables. I would never have thought I'd like black coffee or la croix/bubly waters. Getting off sugar and unnecessary carbs is the best thing I ever did for myself ❤
