I'm happy for any progress. I kept my macros balanced but I ate a little more than usual trying to combat less use of caffeine. my energy sucked! it's pretty much impossible to get through life right now without it 😬
78,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 34,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Glad to hear you are doing well. Looks like your weightloss is nice and steady!! I like my coffee. But I am guessing since it is not real energy you will adjust to less caffeine gradually.

Less caffeine is SO hard to implement... And honestly, I lowered because I had less access this week lol but I need to focus on natural sources like coffee and tea, that'd be better. I get too much from energy drinks and soda right now 😬 even if it's low cal versions!
