He isn't skin and bones but last year- running 10 miles a day- took a toll- in my opinion. But what's your 250 pound wife gonna say- "Dear- I think you may be losing too much weight and some muscle". LMAO!!! 😁

Thank you. Now I wonder what it'll be tomorrow. 179.8 maybe if I don't screw up. My body fat level does not look like it's dropped enough to be 178 for real. We'll see. It's stupid but I am excited to be in the new weight bracket.

Thanks. No, I don't want any fat, haha. I just mean, that I doubt the wait will hold because it's always a big drop on Sunday mornings. Monday I carb back up. Then I lose by the next weekend. Slow and steady.
