Can't believe there isn't a gain after I ate LOTS of banana cream pie! But that was a couple days ago and I didn't eat much yesterday - just a couple of dry honey nut cheerios and hot chocolate with almond milk. But I don't feel I'm totally out of the woods yet. Will see what the scale says tomorrow.

Liv - Thanks, I am trying but am somewhat surprised not to see some damage from last week. Keyten and Maine Coon - I don't move much, almost sedentary, although I have been meeting with a friend for the last 3 days in a row to walk with Bobby and his sister (litter mate). We've walked an hour each day. Maybe that helped. And I hope to start walking even more now that the weather is much milder, not so hot.

Great going, Fritzy! What is this pie I missed!? Gonna have to go looking! 😁 Well, great you are getting some walking done with the pups. It is funny... You are able to walk more now that it is cooling, and my walking is tapering off with the cold. :)

Melissa - I bought a frozen Claim Jumper banana cream pie (it was on sale!!) and it only managed to stay in the freezer 4 days before I got to it. Next time, I'll just go to the Claim Jumper restaurant and get just a piece of pie.
