well, a pleasant surprise from that "BOX" on the floor this morning. I realize it may be water weight and also my body just rearranging things but HEY a loss is a loss and I'll take it! It helped me keep it together today when I was faced with a BIG temptation after checking on a friends house, she always has a lot of snack food and candy around and says, "just take anything you want" and also "oh you can eat just one", finally I insisted and let her know, NO I cannot eat just one of anything like that! And even while alone checking on her house I was able to close the frig (after checking that all was ok in it), without taking one bite of anything! SO day 3 went well....I did run into some frustration in something besides my woe/wol, but such is life, eventually that will take care of itself with time, so it is best for me to keep true to my woe/wol & ME :-)
