In Calgary- I thought Id find a Superstore along the way to buy my dinners but didn’t. I was excited that the hotel was near a TnT when I arrived, only to find that it is not like Edmt.s. It only as a bakery. So my dinner last night was one can of oysters (packed) half a cup of curry yam soup ( bought at beginning of trip)., and a spiced egg white but from Starbucks half way. Not so bad.... Tonight Im venturing into the frozen isles of TNT. Wish me luck!

I hope you found something delicious. I hate it when I have a good plan and then it can't work as expected. Safeway can be good as well. You can buy chicken breast and other meats at their hot food deli. At least that works in Grande Prairie and Edmonton! Hope the conference goes well and you get from it what you were looking for!

Tonight I bought frozen shrimp dumplings and kimchi. Really enjoyed the kimchi. Hope you enjoy your time in GP.

I am looking forwards to GP. I have a list!! It will be nice to spend time with Pat. Sounds like the dumplings weren't all that they could be. Drive home safely!
