Diario de Diana 1234, 22 ene. 20

Went to nutritionist yesterday. Great visit! I'm down about 4 lbs and I lost 1.5 " in my waist. My thighs and arms are the same but nutritionist said no change is actually a good change as she can see muscle definition in those areas. I'm super happy and feel so much better since I am back to clean eating. Happy hump day!
62,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

@Erquiaga thank u. I read your profile and I too have Hashimotos and Renard's disease and CPPD. You are right when you stated autoimmune diseases travel in pairs/groups. Sorry to read about your disease. I had not heard of it. It sounds like you are getting help you need and you are on top of trying to eat healthy. We follow a similar diet. 💜💜💜

Thanks, Diana...not fun. I have infusions every three weeks. My infusion treatment is in short supply for two cycles. So, have been without treatment for six weeks. Trying to hang in there but it's not easy. Don't know when my next treatment will take place. Not to worry, my goal is to stay positive, no matter the time. ♥️

It's funny how people share 'happier with clean eating' because I recall being equally happy with ice cream & pizza. Together. But I think that's because pizza really isn't 'dirty' like.. see, that's just it .. the whole clean vs dirty and how to divide that list.

@Fullabella For me personally clean eating works. Not to say I don't falter occasionally. Look on my log yesterday..I went to $ store to get nail polish remover and ended up buying a box of fiddle faddle. How much more processed can that be? Lol. Ate a handful+. It gave me a stomach ache. Didn't really enjoy it. I am beginning to crave healthy snacks and that's where I want to be. Clean eating really helps my joints issues as well. I'm convinced it is what is helping me regain my wrist and hand strength. With all that being said, today is my "free" day n now I want pizza n ice cream.💜💜💜💜
