Diario de peeperjj, 25 feb. 20

I think I’ve lost the water weight now! I’ve stayed here for a few days now.

I gained 4# between scans and 1.5# was muscle. Since then I’ve gained 1.5# and I’m hoping it’s mostly muscle. I’ve cut out most of my snickers like she said and have been watching my diet more. I have been having candy but small amounts. Also eating Girl Scout cookies occasionally but they are 150 kcal for two. I’ve been eating mote meat at meals. :)
57,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
