Funny thing....my waist is down 1/2 inch & my thighs even more. I've started an exercise routine that engages abs-thighs-lower back-tushy & arms & chest. 3x's a day. Let's see where it takes me😁. I will start keto again as soon as this covid19 is controlled. Stay safe & Healthy 🙏🙋♀️
