This quarantine is gonna make me work really hard on getting my snacking under control. I brought my bar and weights home I have Piloxing blocks to work on and I want to take up jogging. Yesterday I went for my first jog, it left me pretty sore. I'm going again today.
65,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 61,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
