Maintaining for now. Trying to motivate myself to stay active. I decided that I will work on biceps and abs as a special project since I cannot do kettle-bells and pull ups right now. I decided that I will try to manage the L-sit. I am not strong enough but maybe I can build that up. Another challenge for me to add to the biceps and abs ones. Excited!!!!
