Doing the best I can -usually- daughter made some delicious chocolate chip cookies last night, they went very well with the glass of milk. I had nor had a glass of milk for maybe over a year...
Bike now set up on wind trainer, new shoes came by PayPal yesterday- just have to switch the shoe clips and I”m off and riding on the ‘blue bomb’.

I am so glad you found a way to do a spin class! I am quite glad that I am not in Amelia's household - that kid has been baking non-stop! Cookies, cakes, etc. She made a triple layer cake yesterday for her birthday. She is 15 now.
