Diario de Debbie Cousins, 05 jun. 20

For the past couple of days, I've selected "reasonably well" for "how closely followed" because I've been eating a lot more fruit and a lot less Little Debbie cakes. Still indulging in some kind of chips each day, but doing a tad bit better. Fruit bowl will run out today, though, when the kids come over.

Awesome work! I love little Debbie Cakes❤️. This week I discovered the amazing ness of freezing Cool Whip and it has been a pretty good alternative at way fewer calories (I freeze it in ice cube trays so I can eat one small cube at a time, sometimes I put a strawberry or a few blueberries in the middle).
