Super the IT box registered another little down step :-) I did eat more & later than I normally would yesterday but I stayed within my woe so I'm glad to see it creep down. Hopefully it will continue. Today I ate earlier than I normally do and I am trying to not eat later, but it is only 2pm so we will see how that works out. I did get up and out for my 4 mile bike ride at 7am so that was super! Now I just feel like chilling, even though it is SUPER HOT here and no AC, but I do have fans going and there is a little sea breeze so that helps.
