It goes slower when you start out extra heavy, but it doesn’t matter to me🥰 A year and 1/2 in, 70-75.4 pounds feels amazing!! It’s a journey and not a diet. I love food, but learned how to still throw down in the kitchen with healthier items and still keep it banging. I still love me some hamburger helper 😂😋 I’m working hard at work and doing my exercises in the pool 🏊♀️. 💜💚
