Diario de Lowkeylife, 20 sep. 20

I am still super sore from Friday’s session with “Muscle Mike”. Yesterday I ate well but not sure I hydrated enough. Though I knew I was dehydrated from Thursday and Friday so my body recharging and repairing. Faster please, body please repair faster.
I am going to take that walk today. Yesterday was a bust and I’m tired from laying around!!! I may even ask for pumpkin something in my coffee. Nah, just kidding. No me gusta pumpkin in my coffee. 😆

I don’t know if it’s true but my sports masseuse always says to drink extra water when sore. It helps “flush out the lactic acid” he says.

I do believe in it as typically around day 3-4 I start releasing the build up. After my walk today I’m going to super hydrate, I know it’s not a fat weigh since I stayed with in my budget,
