Diario de newnormal, 06 oct. 20

Back to the doc today for a check, A1C was borderline prediabetic in June and still with my labwork last week although it was down a bit. Just a check-in to see if we need to change anything. I'm not messing with diabetes since it runs in the family and I DON'T WANT IT. Working on my diet and weight should help a lot. That being said, I'm not telling my daughter-in-law, she's a worrier. And for not being a momma yet, she has the momma look already lol.

Check went ok, back in 3-4 mos for labwork and followup. Going to see what I can do between now and then to lose the weight and stay on track with food, see what it does to the A1C. Thanks Liv.

you got this, I was pretty diabetic and changed my diet. dropped back to safe zone, wasn't easy, took 3 months plus, wasn't easy but well worth it, best wishes for you.
