Beginning to notice that weighing myself fluxuates aprox. 1.5 lbs (up or down) during the day. If I weigh myself when I get up (considered the most acurate) and then weigh myself at noon (right before my first meal) I am usually lower in weight.

Note to self...quit morning scale and just weigh at noon before 1st meal. Don't know if it is most acurate...but it does make me happier...🤣
65,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 45,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Happier is good. I gain as soon as I start drinking coffee which is pretty much as soon as I open my eyes every morning
