It's all about putting it out there, isn't it? This site is useful if we're honest and hold ourselves accountable for all the ups, downs and plateaus. I think most of the success stories here (and maintenance ones, too) are from people who post the real numbers from their weigh ins. Your posts are inspiring to read for all your dedication to staying healthy, Lonnie.

Thank you, JustBananas! I'm definitely keeping it real on here, and will continue to go so, good or bad. Cheating would only cheat myself. My biggest worry is gaining it all back. It's still quite unbelievable to me that this year I was finally successful in losing all the weight I had dreamed of losing for so long. The diet I created works better for me than any diet I've ever tried before, and with it I'm starting to believe I can be at whatever weight I want to be. I just refuse to go through that losing phase again. It was too tedious.
