Weight is up, while fat % is down and muscle is up.
I'm still 10 lbs down from where I started, and about 7lbs of that is fat. 7 lbs of fat lost in 5 weeks is really good.
I care more about the bodyfat dropping than the pounds.
I'll keep doing what I'm doing: eating around 2000 calories, (high protein, low carb) walking and cycling, shoulder rehab and lifting when I can.
