so incredibly upset with myself. I have been going through a lot here at home. arthritis flairs, back on methylprednisolone, neighbors smoking constantly making it hard for me to breathe in my apartment. just sad and depressed 😞

I know it's so difficult when you have a medical condition. Hopefully losing weight will help some with inflammation. Does the neighbors smoke actually come into your apartment? If so, I wonder if an air filter would help. We got one of those when we had Forrest fire smoke in the house last year. We weren't able to get one until the fires were mostly gone but I'm ready for this year! Smoke is so awful! Hope you can find a way to get rid of it!

It was an air purifier not a filter.

This journey can be a challenge. But I think once you find that thing that works for you and stick with it. You will be in a better place. Sorry to hear that you dealing with some things in your life. But as it's been said before. Take one day at a time.
