Lost 1/2 pound this morning. Still 3.4 pounds behind where I am supposed to be, but at least I'm moving in the right direction again. Going to go out to the grocery store and pharmacy today, so at least I will get out of the house. Grandson coming this afternoon at 3 to spend the night, so I'm going to try to get all my water for the day in before he gets here (so I can drink my nerve-calming Diet Coke while he's here). Wanted to eat ALL day yesterday, but managed to keep calories close to 1,600. On to my boring, dreary day.

You're fortunate. I wish my grandson was coming to stay with me. He's 2 hours away and nearly 16 so too busy for time with Nana. I sure miss those days when he was younger.

Hang in there Debbie, stress will stop your weight loss. Think positive thoughts and do something fun for you and your grandson. My grandson is 6 and 4hrs away. When I do see him all we do is play.Games, guns build forts with blankets.

I do have to say I am envious of you seeing your grandchildren, with the US/Canada border being closed I haven't seen my family in over a year.
