Not recording but diet been OK. Swimming much harder than I thought it would be. I am going to try a later session next week to see if that is less competitive. I mean, I am not 30 anymore! The gym going well. Doing turbo when I can't make gym or pool. So quite happy. I hope you are too!

Yes, Mhairi. I like to do things on My Terms. My plan is to back to speed at the later session then go back to the earlier session and blow them out of the water. Or, just have a nice swim! 🙂
