Today is a good day 7 days since my last weigh in. Even with my son in the ER all weekend then admitted for Monday and Tuesday I was able to lose 5 lbs. I really thought I’d see the scale under 220 again. Exercised 3 days this week and tried staying under 30 carbs low sugar high protein diet for the most part:) Now let’s try not to fuck it up this weekend 🙄🥰
