So sleepy. Fell asleep around 10 and then my eyes popped open @ 12:55 am. I think I fell back asleep around 3:00 am and then the stupid alarm went off at 4:30 am. Ahead of my goal and it take. 3 - 4 K meal tonight for my only intended meal of the day. This high volume will be similar to last Friday evening. No worries. I got this!!!

awesome job 👍 my body does that to me so it's normally between 3:30 to 4:00 so it said I managed to get five and a half hours of sleep last night I guess we have to figure out how to relax and stay asleep but nice drop

Thanks @bgr12, @chiu-pin, @NatalieCone, @DO N OK, @davaba - I don't mind if the tossing starts at 3:30PM, but 12:55? Anything asked of me today that requires my focus and/or critical thinking, I am postponing and rescheduling to Monday or Tuesday. Not getting home until 11 PM will put me at the 22 hour awake mark. Its' Coffee time again.

Thanks Sarah1950 and Draglist. @bearnoggin, I slept like a baby until 6 am this morning when the Mrs called freaking out thinking she just lost a bracelet I just brought for her yesterday. I found it but couldn’t return to sleep. No biggie.
