I couldn't be happier with my results. My weight is leveling off but I still have a few days when I crave something, but it is manageable. I bowled really good (for me that is) and our team won 3 out of 4 games. The weather is back to moderate. I can't wait to get out and play some golf and go to Silver Dollar City. This weekend is going to be a good one, enjoy the warmth while it lasts.
