I ate well yesterday and went to bed satisfied. I am definitely getting out of the house today with temps into the 60s I deserve a break. I had a lot to eat yesterday, but it was all good stuff. Carbs weren't that high and neither were the calories. I would have had a lot less if I could have gone somewhere instead of staying home and doing nothing. Anyway I dropped another pound without even trying. It is a lot easier to lose now that I am trying to maintain my weight. I slept on a new mattress last night and it was good. It isn't as soft as the old one, but I didn't wake up with any aches and pains. The sunshine coming in the window this morning woke me up at 6:30, now it is time to move the clocks ahead for DST.
