I love your picture. I am losing so slowly now yet eating so little. I have been reading about needing a metabolic boost. That is I need to get out more!! (Walking)

Hecate 111 maybe you should try upping your food intake for a few days.. I've heard that you're metabolism can sort of get stuck..n if you try something like that it can sometimes turn things around! Good luck!
