Ok a new day a new week a 're-amped', re-motivated me. Lets continue the journey and get these excess pounds off! I can tell 'they' are taking a toll on me, my hips ache, my mood is down, my clothes are tight and I've gone to the highest size in my closet. DO NOT want to go buy the next size up! I fixed my lunch have actual FOOD in my frig that is good for me and I'm ready to go!
