Diario de Debbie Cousins, 08 abr. 22

Very surprised that weight was down this morning, especially since my bowels haven't moved for a couple of days. I'm optimistic about having another good day today. Knees are hurting more this morning than they were yesterday morning, but hopefully they'll allow me to go the distance on walking.

Going to start wearing a mask and my glasses when I go outside to keep the pollen from knocking me on my butt.

Got up at 12:30am and I'll probably stay up for a couple of hours. Like yesterday, I'm beginning my walking in the middle of the night. Yesterday, by 5:30am, I had already gotten in over a mile and a half.

Thanks for all the nice and thoughtful comments to my recent posts. I'll have to try the Vick's VapoRub idea for my knees. Hoping my doctor can give me something for the allergies when I go to him on Wednesday. My Fluticasone nasal spray just isn't cutting it.

When I report on my food today, I'm going to list what time I ate it. I think that will be very revealing! First entries have already gone in for 1am.

So sorry your allergies and your knees are so troublesome. I need to remember to pray for you, my memory is slipping. Hope you have a better day today. I use "Papa & Barkley Releaf Balm" CBD/THC (cannabis) ointment on my back when I go to bed but it is very expensive.
