Diario de horridzombie, 31 may. 22

My weight has been fluctuating like crazy the past week, probably due to monthly water retention. It's a drag cause I wanna see some losses on the scale but oh well not going to let it get me down.
I have noticed an awesome
NSV recently as the weather has started heating up. I hate, hate being hot and typically I would be sweating like a pig at these temps, today's high was 89. It's so shocking to feel comfortable rather then drenched in sweat. Also we are running our AC at a much higher temp then we used to, which is going to save big on our energy bill.
