Ok, we continue on the roller coaster down! I almost wasn't sure there would be a 'down' mark since last night I woke up around midnight and had a bowl of strawberries & yoghurt but it is food on my woe so that is good! I have a temp job for the next 3 days that might be challenging in the duties & also keeping with my woe, but I'm going to give it a go!
