@writingwyo, knee has been doing better the past couple of days. In four days, I think I have only put the Voltaren on once. BUT, I've really been pampering the knee - my husband has been so kind to go to the grocery store for me, and to run an errand. Going up and down the deck stairs really exacerbates the problem. Thanks so much for asking!
