Eva, thank you so much for checking in on me. 💖 Yes, I am feeling a bit better. I'm staying away from sugar, dairy and wheat for the most part. Still working on the energy though. I hope you're having a good week so far. Your meals are looking delicious!😋 

How’s it going, Becca? I’m guessing you’re enjoying the cold rains we had earlier. Stay warm and dry.

Thank you Kat. 💕 Yes, staying warm and appreciating the freedom to be able to lay low and take care of myself. I hope the rains haven't intruded too much on your everyday plans.

Becky, I am glad to know that you are doing better. Those dietary changes will surely help you more in the long run. I am doing the Daniel Fast these days, together with other members of FS Spain; that is why I am posting more details about my meals. I am finding it easier than in other years, and I am actually enjoying the process.
