Happy end of the year, all!

Figured I would finish 2014 with a weigh in.

Still fighting back against the holiday gain, but getting there. Hope to be back at my goal weight in the next week or so - and will better prepare for the holidays next year! :)

For 2015, I wish you all well and good luck on your goals. Keep tracking, keep fighting for yourself and your health.

Holly cow, I go away for a year and here you are, at your goal weight! So happy for you! Happy New Year buddy, wishing you all the best for 2015 and send some of this motivation my way please ;-)

Hey Anne! Yeah - well - it was a shameful year that got me up to 170 last spring - so I just attacked it and got it. Fasting and running helped a ton. But I can no longer run miles and miles as my knee gets terribly upset. i also managed to find 2-4 pounds of chocolate and delicious holiday food that my body decided to hold onto as well. hoping to get back to goal weight in the next week or so. then keep on moving down over the next 4-6 months. glad to see you back.
