Happy Friday Everyone! Been a long, tough week here. No gym. Had to drop my class due to work stress load, and been sick all week. Not a great way to start my new year push to a lower weight. Given all that - going to change goal weight lower - even though I can't get back to my original goal weight. Maybe having a different number to chase will get my mind and habits right. New year, new goal. Have a great weekend!
