The hardest fought for half pound I've lost. I think the easy pounds are gone and the next 22 will be slower. I wanted to post a couple of progress pictures. First one is from a couple years ago before I started, somewhere in the 250's. [/img] This next two were taken last night, approximately 213 lbs, about 2/3 the way to my goal. [/img] [/img] I've still got a lot of work to do but getting there.

Good progress. Have you recalculated your calories using something like IIFYM? (Almost said IMDB.) Calories have to be adjusted from time to time to your new body weight. Not as much fat to maintain.
