well so far again so good! I am keeping my woe so that is a MAJOR accomplishment for me, especially with my kids & grands here for a few days. There is always ALOT of temptation both liquid & solid but I stayed strong. I kind of felt myself getting weak but just pushed on and took it one MOMENT at a time. It is going to be tough even when they leave since it is day 6 on this woe and right around a week I really get cravings, weight not coming off as fast or at a stand still and want to just quit. But again, I'll try to just take it one day, one hour, one MOMENT at a time.
